We visited here to do wine tasting, and we were not disappointed. The vegetarian cheese platter was very well arranged to pair with the wines. The host talked us through the history of each wine and cheese we should have with it. The first wine, Inzolia and the dessert wine, Tagos were my favorites. The freshly made Tiramusu was extremely delicious. We had a really nice host who was patient and gave us enough time to enjoy the experience of each wine we sample. If you want to try something new and go wine tasting, then this is the place to come and unwind. I will definitely be returning with more friends who I know will appreciate good quality wines🍷

We visited last week for an afternoon tea with a twist at midday using a Red Letter Day voucher.
Booking was easy and via phone. Upon arrival their was another couple there. We were greeted and seated. It was very small inside and off the main road with the noise of the cars but there was music playing loudly which blurred out the traffic.
Inside the decor is nice with the bottles of wine on display, but the fake hanging leaves aren't very nice and give the place a cheap feel. It feels like a lively evening bar rather than a lunch spot.
The waiter was bringing in a delivery and beer kegs through the restaurants main door where we were sat.
Anyway... a bottle of fizz came swiftly which was included in our voucher, and I asked the waiter what variety it was. He basically didn't know! Come on, Veeno, this is basic for somewhere that prides itself on wine! I got showed the label, haha!!
Afternoon tea came, it was small for £25 pp but nice enough. Scones were dence and I didn't eat it as they weren't nice.
All in all, a lovely afternoon, spending time with my husband and having something a bit different, but I wouldn't return. It was very expensive for what we got, sadly. Nothing went wrong but nothing special.
Such a lovely date night. We had the vegan board with wine and a pizza and pasta with another bottle of wine. Everything was super delicious!
